Step 1: Coat the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- Arrange the flour-coated chicken pieces at the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
Step 3: Mix the Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Step 4: Slow Cook
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker and spoon the creamy sauce over the top.
