Steps:
Crush the bay leaves lightly to release their oils.
Heat the olive or coconut oil in a pan on low heat and add the bay leaves.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes, then let it cool and strain the oil.
Massage the warm oil onto your joints twice a day for a week.
2. Bay Leaf Compress
Ingredients:
- 5–7 bay leaves
- 2 cups water
- A clean cloth or gauze
Steps:
Boil the bay leaves in water for 5–10 minutes to create a concentrated solution.
Soak a cloth or gauze in the warm liquid and wring out the excess.
Apply the compress to the affected joint for 15–20 minutes.
Repeat this daily for noticeable relief.
3. Bay Leaf Paste
Ingredients:
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- A few drops of water
Steps:
Grind the bay leaves into a fine powder.
Mix with turmeric and enough water to form a paste.
Apply the paste to the joint and cover with a cloth.
Leave it on for 20–30 minutes before rinsing. Use daily.
