  • 50 ml of heavy cream

Step-by-Step Instructions to Make No-Bake Twix Cheesecake

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and rolling them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan, spreading it evenly and compacting it with the back of a spoon.
  4. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled biscuit base, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 3: Add the Caramel Layer

  1. Warm the caramel sauce slightly to make it easier to spread.
  2. Pour the caramel over the cheesecake filling and spread it evenly. For an elevated flavor, sprinkle sea salt over the caramel to create a salted caramel layer.
  3. Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
