Directions:
Create a paste by combining baking soda with a little water in a bowl until it becomes a thick paste.
Put the paste on the age spots using your fingers. Be careful and don’t scrub too forcefully to avoid irritation.
Keep it there: Allow the paste to stay on the areas for approximately 5 minutes. If you have delicate skin, try it for 2-3 minutes first to check how your skin responds.
Rinse: Clean the area with warm water and gently dry with a soft towel.
Hydrate your skin by applying a light moisturizer to the area.
How often: Do this treatment 2-3 times every week. Watch how the skin reacts and change how much you use accordingly.
Using baking soda and lemon juice
Ingredients:
- 2 small spoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
Make a mix: In a little bowl, mix baking soda and lemon juice. It will bubble at first.
Use gently: After the bubbles disappear, put the mixture on the age spots with a cotton swab or your fingers.
Timing: Since lemon juice can make your skin more sensitive to light, it is recommended to not keep the mixture on for more than 5 minutes.
Wash well with warm water and put on moisturizer.
Sun Protection: If you use lemon juice on your skin, remember to also use sunscreen when you go outside, because lemon juice can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun’s rays.
Frequency: Apply this treatment once a week to see how your skin reacts and the results it produces.
