Instructions:
To prepare the lemon and ginger drink:
- Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from both halves and set it aside.
- Peel the ginger root and thinly slice it or grate it to release more of its juices.
To make the ginger infusion:
- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the sliced or grated ginger.
